Amy Benziger serves as Head of Projects for CHILL (Cisco Hyper Innovation Living Labs). A leader at the forefront of social and technological innovation, Amy brings with her an intersection of expertise in investment, startup creation and community building. Working with Cisco's Chief Technology and Architecture Office, CHILL catalyzes new multi-corporate innovation partnerships, which in turn generate co-owned and co-operated innovation opportunities.

Prior to joining Cisco, Amy led public engagement and partnerships for UNICEF’s Refugees Welcome Lab, incubating innovative approaches to support refugees around the world. Previously, she was an Executive-In-Residence at Cue Ball Group, a Series A Evergreen venture fund, and Managing Director of Lovesocial, a creative agency working with clients such as Nike Better World, National Public Radio and The Nature Conservancy.

Amy began her career as the Director of Content for the Social Capital Markets Conference and founding team member of the Hub, an incubator for social entrepreneurs with 40+ locations worldwide.

She is a Board Chair for NPR’s Generation Listen and the International Crisis Group’s Ambassador Council. Amy is a passionate advocate for refugee rights and is a Board Member of 1951, a barista training program for refugees and asylum seekers.

Amy holds a B.S. in History and Psychology from Dartmouth College.
